• You can use the online patient portal 24/7 or email us at admin@roadtoreadycounseling.com to request a new patient appointment. We will respond to your request within the next business day. 

• Please complete the new patient forms within 24 hours of requesting an appointment. If your new patient forms are not completed within 24 hours, it is possible that your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
