Insurances Accepted at Road to Ready Counseling

*Counseling services may be covered partially or fully by your health insurance. Road to Ready Counseling, LLC recommends contacting your insurance provider to determine if you have mental health counseling coverage. Please check your coverage by asking your insurance provider the following questions: 

What is my deductible and has it been met? 

What is the coverage amount for each counseling session? 

Do I require prior approval from my primary care doctor? 

How many counseling sessions does my insurance cover for each calendar year? 

How much does my insurance cover for an out-of-network provider? 

Additional Payment Methods: We accept all major credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards. We also accept CareCredit. The fee for each appointment (initial intake assessment and ongoing sessions) is collected at the time of your appointment and/or prior to the next session. 

Sliding Fee Scale: We currently offer a sliding fee scale for self-pay clients. Please contact our office for additional information.
