Cancellation Policy:

At Road to Ready Counseling, we understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments (“no-shows”) are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Road to Ready Counseling recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Cancellation fees may be waived in limited situations involving significant and unexpected circumstances, at the discretion of Road to Ready Counseling.

Most insurance plans do not cover missed appointment or late cancellation fees. These fees are the responsibility of the client and cannot be billed to insurance.
